    • A review of your most recent tax return, balance sheet, and business goals/questions.

    • An initial discovery consultation (up to 1 hour), reviewing your current situation and future plans.

    • A proposed Trifecta Diagram (an organizational diagram of your revocable living trust, businesses, assets, and retirement accounts) and a Trifecta Implementation Plan outlining specific recommendations tailored to your facts and circumstances.

    • A second “Implementation” consultation (up to one hour) to review the proposed Trifecta Diagram, discuss which strategies to prioritize, and implement the proposed strategies.

    • We will then work together to set up the entities and tax strategies for your Trifecta Diagram and Implementation Plan (Additional Services, such as entity and trust setups, are billed separately).

    • Revocable Living Trust and Will planning your estate and avoiding probate.

    • Trifecta diagram and consult with Attorney up to 2 hours on your estate and trifecta plan with action items and recommendations to properly execute your plans for your estate and loved ones.

    • Includes trust, wills, powers of attorney finances and health care, advance directive/living will, and other ancillary docs.

    • Trifecta diagram (business, assets, estate) with recommendations and action items.

    • Consult with Darren up to 1.5 Hour regarding business entity structuring and entity tax questions (new or existing).

    • Includes new entity set-up or clean-up or amendments to an existing entity.
